The Buller Primary School U52kg team travel to Greymouth this year to take part in the prestigious U52kg Seddon Shield tournament. The tournament has been running for over 40 years and has a proud history with a number of former and current All Blacks having attended the tournament.
Players for these teams can come from both primary and area schools within the district. Schools which can supply players to these teams include:Granity Primary, Waimangaroa Primary, Karamea Area, WestportNorth, St Canices, Westmount, Westport South, Inangahua Junction Primary, Reefton Area, Sacred Heart Primary, Maruia Primary and Murchison Area.
