AA Rewards Heartland Championship 

The Buller Senior Representative team play in the AA Rewards Heartland Championship (Formerly the NPC and also known as Division One). The competition involves 12 of New Zealand's provinces and teams play for two trophies. The Meads cup (top 6 teams) and the Lochore cup (bottom 6 teams). Buller have performed well in the first two Heartland championship seasons by making the Lochore cup semi-finals in 2006, and then doing even better in 2007 by making the top tier Meads Cup group and finishing 5th overall.
